LEAGUE DETAILS

Our league offers entry to both teams and individuals. Players who sign-up as individuals will be placed on existing teams WHEN SPACE IS AVAILABLE.

Our adult leagues begin in January, May, and September.  Game nights will be designated at the Captains' meeting, just as we have in the past.  All teams can either provide their own jerseys or contact our Pro Shop Manager to acquire uniforms.  Each team will be required to have matching uniforms.  All players must provide a printout of a current USA Hockey registration at the time of registration.

Our League Director will determine the appropriate league in which to place each team, basing the decision on talent, experience, and team preference.  Changes in team placement can be made by our League Director up to two weeks into the season to ensure parity throughout each league.

To contact the Hockey Director email Andy Newton at anewton@pwice.com for more information.

LEAGUE LEVELS

C League – C League skaters have general knowledge of the game and have fundamental skating and stick handling skills. Some will be advancing from a novice level (D League. Most C League skaters have not had significant coaching or playing experience as a child. Again, C League is still a novice level with players still learning rules of the game and team play.

Lower B League – Lower B League skaters are generally in the middle of the pack skill wise. Some are still learning basic hockey skills (skating, stick handling, pass and shooting). At the B level, teams and players will start to play more of a positional style.
