Manager on Duty (MOD) - This is a part-time position that requires individuals to have excellent customer relationship skills and supervisory experience. Among other responsibilities, our MODs are responsible for ensuring effective operations of all departments, monitoring service levels of our staff, and acting as the onsite contact for issues that arise. Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of applicable experience and must be able to work nights and weekends.
