 (and others new to the game, even if you're in LB-league, plus friends and relatives & teens who wanna learn to play...) NOVICE NIGHT IS FOR YOU!! Looking to catch up or get a step ahead on the others? Getting ready to move up to B-league? Cost for 23 sessions - $335 Drop in rate per session- $20 Registering for the whole series in advance saves $144 Dates January 16th - June 26th (off Memorial Day Weekend) Novice Night presented by your Prince William County Jiffy Lube Centers will be a 1 hour and 20 minute ice session broken down into two parts. The first part will be instructional focusing on skating as well as basic hockey skills. The second part will be a controlled scrimmage that will be used to teach positioning and team skills. Novice Night will be scheduled on Saturday nights, a time slot that will not conflict with any C League games to allow players to participate in both if they would like. If you are joining mid-series we are able to pro-rate your cost. Full gear is required; face shields are recommended. If you need to acquire gear be sure to check out our Pro Shop! Cost for beginner gear and accessories, including a rolling gear bag, is typically around $270, plus your cost of skates, which can vary greatly. A GREAT opportunity to get some coaching and enjoy some pickup play at a level geared for novices and advancing players. This program provides skills instruction, team-style practice and a coached scrimmage play at a great value for everyone who wants to learn, play, and get a great workout. If you are considering returning to the game after some time off and thinking about joining in with the fun of league play, this program will help you shake off the rust, and we'll point you to the league that best suits your skill level!"
