  1. You must place an initial deposit of $50 when opening and each time you replenish the card.
  2. Card may not be redeemed for cash.
  3. Any resale or transfer of this card will render it void and subject to cancellation.
  4. PW Ice Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or unauthorized use of a card or card number.
  5. Valid only at PW Ice Center.
  6. Cards do not expire.
  7. In case of relocation any unused balances on the card are non-refundable.
